This project involved a large single-storey extension with a significant rear wall opening, requiring a long-span stability frame to resist lateral wind pressures. Proximity to a nearby tree influenced the foundation design, which was completed in accordance with NHBC guidelines.

We also worked closely with the builder to develop the best sequence of construction, ensuring all steel elements were installed safely and efficiently. This careful planning helped minimise disruption on-site and ensured the structural integrity of the build throughout each phase of construction.
